Before you book
- Do you provide blinds, decoys, and calling?
- Yes — and dogs for retrieval. You bring your gun, license, stamps, and steel shot.
- Can you take a single hunter or a beginner?
- Both. We pair singles, and we run dedicated youth/beginner hunts with loaner guns and coaching.
- What license and stamps do I need?
- NC hunting license, federal duck stamp, HIP certification, and non-toxic shot. Youth may use a mentor license — we’ll advise.
- Do you hunt legal hours and limits?
- Always. No skybusting, no over-limits. A good hunt is one you can tell the story of honestly.
- What areas do you hunt?
- Duck, Manteo, and the marshes and open sound of the northern Outer Banks and the Roanoke area.
- What if the weather is bad for a sea-duck hunt?
- We call unsafe weather and reschedule. You don’t lose your deposit for a weather call we make.
